Certified Moving moved my family from NH to SC. All our furniture arrived in perfect condition. The owmer, Rick Dufton, said he would load and deliver all of our things himself, which he did! It's very hard to find the owmer of a company doing work himself. This impressed me, as in the past I've used other companies that had promised such and yet, never followed through. I would definitely recommend Certified Moving for your move!
We recently used Certified Moving and Storage for our move from New Hampshire to Savannah, Georgia. They caused SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE and DESTRUCTION to our furniture and household items. They have no complaint process in place and have been completely unresponsive to our letter and photos of the damage. The owner, Rick Dufton, is rude and dismissive. He did not even inform us about the various liability options! We are planning on going to small claims court. So many pieces of our furniture were ruined through poor treatment on the truck and moving into our apartment. We highly discourage anyone from using this company. They do not care about their customers.
We recently used Certified Moving for a local move. They were great from start to finish! Rick was a pleasure to work with. He gave me a binding estimate and stuck to it as promised! Communication was excellent and the move was easy. Thanks! I will definitely use Certified again in the future.
