Very difficult to get a hold of a person. Delivery crew was somewhat unprofessional. Only used them because AM trucking subcontracted them to deliver a tv. Only saving grace was Drew who deals with their AM Trucking orders, he was very helpful.

wow, these guys were terrible. "Fxxx-this", "Jesu$ Chri$%!" that was all I heard, and I didn't even ask them to carry anything upstairs or go far. Simmons used them to deliver a warranty replacement mattress, so it's not like I picked them. Simmons said they would call and set up an appointment. I got a voicemail with an automated system that said it would be there in two days...It was a Tuesday and I was out of state on business travel all week, so that wasn't going to work. I had to call them about 6 times (over two days) because they kept transferring me to someone who was not there or did not pick up the phone. Then they said they couldn't locate my paperwork, so they'd have to call me back. Then they said they cancelled that appointment, and would have to call me back to schedule a new appointment but didn't have my paperwork still. Someone else called me to tell me they didn't have my paperwork still so they would call later...at this point I was like "wow, these guys are useless". Then on the day they were originally scheduled, they finally called and said that they couldn't deliver it for another two weeks because the following Thursday was thanksgiving and they only deliver on Thursdays. So I took the two weeks later appointment and they showed up smack dab in the middle of the 5 hour window they gave me, not so bad I guess. Then the two guys get out of the truck, don't talk to me, they just start mumbling swear words at me like I did something wrong. I just said "uhhh...bring it in here I guess" so they brought it into my dining room. At this point, I was dealing with two angry dudes who I didn't even care to have in my house so I just told them to set it on the floor in my dining room and my wife and I would take it upstairs. They set it down and started walking away. I said "hey, you guys have to take the old one" and the first guy said "JESU$ CHRI$%...(other guy's name)! WE GOTTA TAKE THE OLD ONE" to which the second guy responded "OH FIGURES...(mumble mumble)...WASTE MANAGEMENT...bullsh%$". Then they came back and had me fill out the form that asked all the questions except how professional or courteous these guys were.

Received call that they would deliver on Monday, I wait no one calls with whether it will be am or pm, I call and they said we don't have a delivery for you. Make them research and then get a call that states they misfiled paperwork to deliver on Wednesday. So I take off Wednesday and called on Tuesday and they say they will be here between 8 and 12. It is now 8:40am Wednesday morning and I get a call and they say the truck is full and they can't get my order on it so they have to reschedule.... I am now pissed.. ask to be transferred to manager, they put me through to voicemail. Call back and get sent to voicemail. Call again and ask for manager by name - Lance - they said he is in but must be on the floor and can't get a hold of him because they don't have a paging system. Okay, I ask for his manager, which is the owner - Alan. Asked to get put through to him and go to voicemail several times...

My experience was so great that I took the time to write a short letter to the management team to let them know how wonderful it was to work with Barry, the gentleman who delivered 10+ items from Restoration Hardware. He was on time, professional and gave me a 45 minute window upon arrival which I have never experienced with any delivery. Usually its a 4 hour window and you have no clue during that time frame when they will be showing up. Barry - thanks again for everything!

If I could give a zero rating I would. This is the worst company to deal with. I am a DirectBuy member and this is who they use for delivery. Never deliver goods when promised and then when you are able to pick up at their facility they still charge you for white glove delivery and they never did it. Takes forever to get money back.

So end result, never gave me a new delivery date

Two days spent waiting and no goods

I read the bad reviews and was expecting the worst for my kitchen cabinets. Interstate was on time and were able to find me way up in the White Mts. They communicated with me in advance and gave me a four hour window and then called when they were an hour away. They were expecting a tough haul up my driveway but they did great and unloaded everything in a timely and efficient manner. Very polite and hard working. no complaints. These guys did very well. Derrick and William helped me check off the 17 items I had delivered. They get gold stars from me. if you kick people when they mess up, you should give them props when they exceed expectations. Thanks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT.... THEY ARE TERRIBLE.....

TLDR: Pain in the butt to schedule, did show up in the allotted window, but swore at me angrily the whole time. Very unprofessional.
